What makes intraMIN™ unique?

How do I take intraMIN™?
• Shake well before use.
• Best taken on an empty stomach, do not dilute with juices, foods, or water.
• Refrigerate after opening.
• Do not take pharmaceuticals or any other nutraceuticals within 2 hours prior or 2 hours after taking dose.
• After your dose follow with 8 oz. to 10 oz. non-chlorinated filtered water; never tap water.
• For best results hold product in mouth for 60 seconds then swallow.
• Please take 1 day a week off (e.g., Sundays) to allow your body to rest.
• Start with the Less is More protocol.
Start with the Less is More Protocol for six days, take the seventh day off.

The Chemically Sensitive Protocol is for anyone with significant health issues. They may stay on this protocol for at least three months before attempting to move to the General Maintenance Protocol.

intraMIN™ Topical Spray Protocol
Put four ounces of unflavored intraMIN into a clean plastic spray bottle and keep refrigerated when not in use. Spray on dermatological conditions. Can be sprayed onto the scalp and into hair and then massaged in. Can also be spritzed onto the face and neck (will not harm the eyes).
intraMIN™ Soaking Protocol
For joint health, soak gauze in unflavored intraMIN® and apply to joints for at least 15 minutes with at least two hours off before repeating. This can be done throughout the day and night as often as needed.
Protocol Exceptions
Diabetics should take unflavored intraMIN™, one ounce, thirty-minutes after each diabetic medication, as there is no added sugars. Introduce flavored intraMAX if blood sugars begin to stabilize - dosage: one tablespoon in AM and one tablespoon 30-minutes after each diabetic medication: one extra tablespoon around 5 PM.
Fibromyalgia: begin with the Less is More Protocol with intraMAX. Evolve into The Detox Protocol and then into The Stress Protocol. In conjunction use unflavored intraMIN as a topical spray or in a gauze to soak into the trigger points: it can stay on as long as needed.
intraMIN™ for Children
Ages 2 to 3 - 1/2 teaspoon twice per day
Ages 3 to 5 - one teaspoon twice per day
Ages 5 to 7 - two teaspoons twice per day
Ages 7 to 9 - two teaspoons AM and one tablespoon before 6 PM
Ages 9 to 12 - one tablespoon AM and one tablespoon before 6 PM
